Pull up a chair, be kind

Comment guidelines

Comments and ratings are open to everyone, no account needed. A few simple house rules keep this a place people actually want to hang out.

The short version

Talk about the games. Be the kind of player you'd want at your own table. That's really the whole thing β€” everything below is just the detail.

Do this

πŸ’¬Stay on the game. How your table plays it, a house-rule twist, what makes it fun (or a slog) β€” that's exactly what other players want to read.
πŸƒShare your variations. Different ante, an extra wild card, a tweak to the showdown β€” tell us. Half the games here started as somebody's house rule.
πŸ™‚Be kind. Disagree about strategy all you like; keep it about the cards, not the person.

Please don't

🚫No abuse or harassment. Attacks, slurs, threats, or hate toward anyone aren't welcome and will be removed.
πŸ“΅No spam or self-promotion. Links to sell something, repeated posts, or off-topic promotion get taken down.
πŸ”’No personal information. Don't post anyone's private details β€” including your own. Comments are public.
🀬Watch the language. A filter automatically masks unacceptable words, but don't try to route around it.

How moderation works

Comments post right away and appear in place β€” this is a lightly, after-the-fact moderated site, not a queue you wait in. Leave the name blank and your comment shows as "Anonymous." We read what comes in and quietly remove anything that breaks the rules above; there's no appeal process and no penalty beyond removal. Rate a game once per day per connection, so the averages stay honest.
